Once you place an order, all communication will be conducted via email. Within 24 hours, you will receive a draft of your customized product for review. You will have 24 hours to confirm if you are satisfied or request modifications. If we do not receive a response from you within that time, we will assume you are happy with the design, and your order will be processed automatically.

How is my image created?
We use digital techniques and photo editing tools to create a unique image. A single clear photo should be sufficient, but it’s always better to have more options to enhance the results.

What kind of products do you offer?
Currently, we only offer digital products. Our customized portrait is perfect for you to print on T-shirts, mugs, posters, and much more, whether at a local print shop or wherever you prefer. Your children will love using it for fun, sharing on social media, or simply keeping it as an epic keepsake or an incredible wallpaper for their phone.

How do you ensure the privacy and security of my child's photos?
Your privacy is our top priority. Rest assured, the photos you send will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. They will be securely stored and automatically deleted from our servers within 10 days, ensuring that your child’s images remain private.
