How to place an order

• Have any questions? If you need more information, contact us on Instagram via DM or send an email to contato@pequenosherois.shop.

• Choose the product and place your order.

• Send one or more photos of the child by email or Instagram, mentioning the order number and the chosen character.

• Within 24 hours, we will send a draft of the portrait.

• If you’re satisfied, we’ll finalize the order.

• We include 3 revisions in the price. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to deliver a portrait that meets your expectations.

How to choose the best picture

High-Quality Image: Ensure the photo is clear and in focus. Avoid blurry or pixelated images.

Frontal: The face should be looking directly at the camera, with the head centered.

Eye Level: Make sure your eyes are aligned with the camera. Do not tilt your head or use side angles.

Good Lighting: Take the photo in a well-lit area. Avoid shadows on the face or overexposed areas.

Neutral Expression: A relaxed, neutral face works best. Avoid extreme expressions like frowning or wide smiles.

No Obstructions: Make sure there are no hats, sunglasses, or other accessories covering your face.

Background: A simple, plain background is preferred to avoid distractions (not mandatory).
